How do I place an order?

To place an order, browse our home decor collection, select your preferred item, and click add to cart. Once ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment using PayPal. After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, your order may already be processed and prepared for shipping. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return once the order is delivered.

Yes, Kakozi offers Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. This includes verification, packaging, and preparing the order for shipment.

What is the total delivery time?

We will assist with the investigation.

My item arrived damaged

Contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange replacement or refund.
