1. Shipping Locations
Kakozi currently ships within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse:

We do not ship to:
• P.O. Boxes (when carrier restrictions apply)
• Military APO/FPO addresses (when unavailable)
• U.S. territories where delivery is not supported by carriers
If shipping to your location is not available, you will be notified before order processing.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.
There are no additional shipping fees at checkout. The total shown during checkout is the final amount paid.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Processing includes:
• Order verification
• Quality check
• Packaging
• Shipping label creation
• Carrier handoff
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
During high demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
4. Shipping Time
After processing, orders are shipped within 4 to 9 business days.
5. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days depending on destination city and carrier conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking allows you to:

7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:

Kakozi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
8. Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

Delays caused by carriers are outside our direct control but we assist in resolution.
9. Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but package not received:
• Check mailbox
• Check with neighbors
• Contact carrier

We will assist in investigating lost packages.
10. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
• Take photos immediately
• Contact us within 48 hours
• Include order number
• Include photos of packaging
We will arrange replacement or refund.
11. Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This may happen when:
• Items ship from different sections of warehouse
• Items have different packaging requirements
• Carrier weight limitations
You will receive tracking for each shipment.
12. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours:
• Order may already be processed
• Cancellation may not be possible
• Return policy will apply
